Financial Overview

The Core business of  the company is  the provision  of finance loan facilities for  movable properties. We have developed specific league products to suit the  requirements of the customers ranging from Blue-Chip corporations to farmers in rural areas. The Company  is a market leader in  providing  operational lease facilities to the  corporate sector. To compliment its Core activities, the management has strengthened the free-based activities. For this purpose  the company  has entered  into a  memorandum of understanding  with a leading bank  and a non-banking financial institution in order that the portfolio lease could be managed. Great emphasis is given to product development with the intention of introducing new products which compliment the development of the Niche Markets. The company raises funds  by securitising  the existing  lease portfolio.
