The operating functions of the company are marketing, credit & product development, legal, recoveries & finance which include MIS and Treasury functions. The strategic Alliance with Hire Drive (Pvt) Ltd ensures the maintainance of the full service Lease( Operating Lease). Each of these divisions are headed by a Senior Manager who reports to the General Manager .
These Divisions are staffed with experienced & qualified personnel who have sufficient exposure to the Leasing & Financial Sectors.

The General Manager who is responsible for the operation of the company, reports to the Executive Director .The management has emphasised the importance of Financial Management & has appointed a Chairman responsible for treasury functions. It is expected that the organisational structure would expand over time as the lease activity increases providing career growth prospects to the staff.
